These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and ORSA SRL ("Ntmate", "we", "us") covering your use of the Ntmate mobile application (the "App"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1. Eligibility
To use Ntmate you must:
- be at least 18 years old;
- be legally able to enter into a binding contract;
- not be prohibited from using the App under the laws of your country;
- not have been convicted of a sexual or violent offence;
- not have had an Ntmate account previously removed by us.
2. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity on your account.
- The information you provide must be accurate and belong to you. You may have only one account.
- You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account.
3. Licence to use the App
We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to download and use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with these Terms and the usage rules of the App Store or Google Play.
You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, resell, rent or distribute the App, or use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access it.
4. Community rules — zero tolerance for abuse
Ntmate has zero tolerance for objectionable content and abusive users. You agree not to:
- harass, bully, threaten, stalk, intimidate or discriminate against anyone;
- post or send content that is illegal, hateful, violent, or that involves minors in any way;
- send sexual content to anyone who has not clearly consented to receive it;
- impersonate anyone or use photos that are not of you;
- post another person's private information;
- use Ntmate for prostitution, escort services, trafficking, solicitation, or any commercial purpose;
- send spam, scams, requests for money, or links to other services;
- use the App for any unlawful purpose.
Reporting and blocking: you can block any user and report any profile or message from within the App. We review reports and act within 24 hours, which may include removing the content and suspending or permanently banning the user responsible.
5. Your content
You keep ownership of the content you post (photos, bio, messages). By posting it, you give Ntmate a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, display and process it only as needed to operate and improve the App. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies we must keep by law.
You confirm you have the right to post everything you upload, and that it does not break these Terms or anyone else's rights. We may remove any content that breaks these Terms.
6. Subscriptions and payments
Ntmate is free to use. Optional paid subscriptions (currently Platinum and Gold) unlock extra features. The features and prices are shown in the App before you buy and may vary by country.
- Payment: charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- Auto-renewal: subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Managing and cancelling: you can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the App or your Ntmate account does not cancel your subscription.
- Refunds: purchases are processed by Apple or Google, and refund requests are handled under their policies. Unless required by law, we do not give refunds for partial subscription periods.
- Free trials (if offered): any unused part of a free trial ends when you buy a subscription.
- Restore purchases: if you reinstall the App or change device, use Restore purchase on the subscription screen.
- Price changes: we may change prices. You will be told in advance, as required by the App Store or Google Play.
7. Safety — please read
Ntmate does not run criminal background checks or verify the identity of its users. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, online and in person. Be careful: never send money or financial information to anyone you meet on Ntmate, and meet in public places when you first meet someone.
8. Ending your account
You can stop using Ntmate and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we believe you have broken these Terms or put other users at risk. If we terminate your account for breaking these Terms, you will not receive a refund of any subscription.
9. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no guarantees that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that you will find a match. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, on or off the App.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ntmate will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your rights as a consumer.
11. Apple App Store additional terms
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store:
- These Terms are between you and Ntmate only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
- If the App fails to meet any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation for the App.
- Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the App, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to meet legal or regulatory requirements, or consumer protection or privacy claims.
- If a third party claims the App infringes their intellectual property rights, Ntmate, not Apple, is responsible for investigating and resolving that claim.
- You confirm that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and that you are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- You must comply with any applicable third-party terms (for example, your mobile carrier's terms) when using the App.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes in the App. By continuing to use Ntmate after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Belgium, without affecting any mandatory rights you have as a consumer under the laws of your country of residence.
