This Refund Policy explains how payments, cancellations and refunds work for Ntmate subscriptions. It forms part of our Terms of Use. Ntmate is operated by ORSA SRL, Chemin du Cyclotron 6, 1348 Ottignies-Louvain-la-Neuve, Belgium.
1. How payments work
Ntmate is free to download and use. Optional subscriptions (Platinum and Gold) are sold only as in-app purchases through:
- the Apple App Store (iPhone), or
- Google Play (Android).
Payment is taken by Apple or Google, not by Ntmate. We never see or store your card details, and we cannot charge, refund or change payments made through the App Store or Google Play ourselves.
2. Auto-renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same period and price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal charge is made within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
3. How to cancel
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep your subscription features until the end of the period you have already paid for.
iPhone (App Store):
- Open Settings on your iPhone.
- Tap your name, then Subscriptions.
- Select Ntmate and tap Cancel Subscription.
Android (Google Play):
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile icon, then Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions.
- Select Ntmate and tap Cancel subscription.
Important: deleting the Ntmate app or deleting your Ntmate account does not cancel your subscription. You must cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account as shown above.
4. Refunds
Because payments are processed by Apple or Google, refund requests must be made to them, and they decide under their own refund policies.
iPhone (App Store): Go to reportaproblem.apple.com, sign in with your Apple ID, choose Request a refund, and select the Ntmate purchase.
Android (Google Play): Go to play.google.com, open Payments & subscriptions → Budget & history, find the Ntmate purchase and choose Request a refund, or use Google Play's refund request page.
Our general policy:
- We do not give refunds or credits for partly used subscription periods, or for periods in which you did not use the App, except where required by law.
- If your account is suspended or banned for breaking our Terms of Use or Community Guidelines, you are not entitled to a refund.
- If you were charged but your subscription was not activated, first tap Restore purchase on the subscription screen. If that does not fix it, contact us (see section 7) and we will help, working with Apple or Google as needed.
5. Your right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)
Under EU consumer law you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase. For digital services such as an Ntmate subscription, which start immediately after purchase, you agree when you buy that the service begins straight away. You therefore acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by law, the right of withdrawal ends once the subscription features have been provided to you. This does not affect any other rights you have under applicable consumer law, or any refund Apple or Google may grant.
6. Price changes
If we change subscription prices, you will be told in advance, as required by the App Store or Google Play. If you do not agree to a new price, you can cancel before it takes effect.
